See what XR can actually do for you
In 30 minutes, we review your challenges, show you 2–3 examples close to your context (VR/AR), and identify a first realistic XR use case, tailored to your operational constraints, audiences, and resources.
By the end, you’ll leave with a simple recommendation (VR or AR, format, duration, level of interactivity) and the next step if you choose to move forward.
FAQ
Before diving in, a few key points
XR, VR, and AR: what’s the difference?
XR includes VR (full immersion) and AR (information layered onto the real world). We choose the format based on your goals, your audience, and your operational constraints.
How do I know if XR is relevant for my organization?
If you need to better explain, train, or engage, XR can be relevant. In 30 minutes, we validate a realistic use case (or tell you if it’s not the right tool).
Do we need a VR headset?
No. AR often runs on mobile/tablet.
The same applies to VR, we can create experiences on mobile and use a headset when needed. If VR is relevant, we can start with 1–2 headsets for a pilot.
Can we start with a small pilot?
Yes and it’s often the best approach. We test in real conditions, measure adoption, then scale if it works.
How long does it take to deploy an XR solution?
It depends on the project. We move step by step: scoping → prototype → pilot → deployment. The goal is to get a first testable version quickly, then iterate based on feedback.
What budget should we expect for a first XR project?
It mainly depends on the level of interactivity, the amount of 3D content/scenarios, and the deployment context (store, site, training, multi-location). We often start with a pilot to validate value before scaling.
Who provides the 3D assets?
Either you already have 3D files (product/architecture) and we optimize them, or we produce the necessary assets or start with a lighter format if that’s sufficient.
Our teams aren’t comfortable with technology : is that a problem?
No, if the experience is well designed. We prioritize simple flows, intuitive interactions, and appropriate onboarding.
How do maintenance and updates work?
We define a clear framework from the start: fixes, content updates, evolutions, and support if needed so the solution stays useful and reusable.
